Admission advertisement is displayed through daily national news paper, magazines, online social media platform, University website, hoardings, education fair etc. Prospective students can contact our admission team for counselling and admission at various admission office throughout the country.

Our respective school conducts online/offline entrance test of each students followed by personal viva voce. Then merit is prepared which includes his/her qualifying exams marks also.On successful qualifying of entrance exam the following procedure is adopted:


  • Each and every admission enquiry will be maintained through ERP. Candidate,s basic details like Name, Father Name, Contact No. , the course interested in is required to be filled and unique enquiry no. is to be generated.


  • With enquiry number, designated/ appointed admission coordinator of respective admission office (s) and for Campus office Student Section can take Rs.500/- as Admission processing fee (Non- refundable) and issue receipt (generated through ERP) to the candidate.


Admission Application form (Application Form updated along with Sl. No.) to be filled by candidate and submit along with all specified documents to admission coordinator

  • Candidate is to fill the physical form with the help of admission team member.
  • Filled admission form is to be submitted to student section.
  • Counselor and student section must ensure that all entries have been filled.
  • Check required documents are attached.
  • Check signature of parents, students. Counselor sign the form and as well as write their full name.
  • Forward complete form with counselor signature to student section to generate scholar number or immediately send the form to the admission incharge for further action.
  • Issue conditional letter to the candidate, in case of result awaited and copy of admit card submitted along with form.
  • If any candidate wants to submit any fee, they can submit Cheque / DD in favor of "SANGAM UNIVERSITY" payable at Bhilwara (Rajasthan).
    (Filled form with required mandatory document set along with office copy of receipt of Rs.500/- send for document verification and scholar number generation to Student Section)


Scholar Number Generation: Scholar Number Generation by Student section through ERP. After Scholar Number generation other fee head is activated

  • Student section will generate Scholar Number, after receiving the complete form.
  • Candidate may also submit the required fee.
  • Issue provisional admission letter to the candidate, (Signed by Registrar).


  • Enrollment Number: After verification of all required documents (Mandatory and other documents) and check that minimum fee is deposited Enrollment Number is to be generated batch wise, course wise till 16th Sept of the Academic Year by student section.
  • If candidate fails to submit required documents (mandatory and all other) and required fee, may be issue admission cancellation letter (Signed by Registrar).


ID Cards: ID cards of Students will be generated through ERP and processed for printing within the 1st Week of session starting. List of students, class wise and batch wise will be available on ERP login of Program coordinators with effect from 1st Aug. & day to day updation will beintimated by Student Section to Program Coordinators till last date of the admission i.e. 15thAug.

A. Failed in Qualifying Exam

  • As per the UGC guidelines if student does not complete the minimum passing criteria for their UG/PG degreehe/ she will get two years chance for clearing backlogs papers from the completion of his/her course duration.
  • After the completion of grace period, if the student has not fulfilled the criteria for award the degree he/she shall be declared as not fit for the course/program and admission cancellation letter will be sent to the candidate.

B. On discipline ground

The Discipline Committee will submit the case to the management and action will be taken on the severity of the case.

Reputing of act of indiscipline by aggrieved party.

  • Constitution of Inquiry by Registrar / Proctorial Board
  • Report submission to Registrar by Discipline/Indiscipline committee
  • Decision will be taken on the recommendation of the report after
  • Submission is approval of the President.
  • Letter of verification will be issued by Registrar.

C. Other grounds

The Discipline Committee will submit the case to the management and action will be taken on the severity of the case.

Reputing of act of indiscipline by aggrieved party.

  • 1. Transfer:
    (a) From another university to ours. (b) One course to another within the university.
  • 2. Lateral entry:
    (a) Wherever applicable.
  • 3. Supplementary cases -
    (a) Provisional admission will be given. (b) Letter of cancellation will be issued if the mark sheets is not received before commencement of 1st semester exam.

D. Eligibility Criteria for Direct Admission to 3rd Semester:

Candidate must have cleared all previous semester from a recognized University as defined by UGC or from a Private College affiliated by State Universities, with at least 50% marks (Aggregate) with no current backlog.

  • Candidates must clear all papers of either 1st Year are eligible for Direct admission to the 3rd Semester.
  • Candidates must clear all papers of 1st Year are eligible for Direct admission to 3rd Semester in respective Course in Sangam University subject to approval of equivalence committee.
  • Candidates must submit the previous College/ University NOC (No Objection Certificate) for admission with application form.
  • All such admissions are subject to the approval by Equivalence/Admission committee of Sangam University.
